Hey, I'm Jazmine!

I'm a self-taught jewelry designer from Cincinnati and currently based in the DMV area.

By trade, I am a professional dancer and dance educator. I consider myself an interdisciplinary artist who enjoys exploring different forms of creative expression and sharing the joy it brings with others.

I have been a lover and creator of artisanal crafts since elementary school. During the height of the pandemic, I found myself exploring and expanding on my craft and discovering new techniques. Naturally, I accumulated a collection of "Juan-of-a-kind" pieces. I found myself wanting to share not only what I made and what I discovered doing so. Thus,  Juanee + Marc was born!

I decided to name this passion project after my parents, Juanita and Mark, as it serves as an expression of gratitude and a celebration of creation. Juanee + Marc is a way to appreciate the gift that my parents and God, the ultimate creator, have designed for me. 

Inspired by the their values and quirks, I created a platform have share the joy of creation through my designs and eventually, community outreach events!

I am beyond grateful to be able to see this passion project come to life and I cant wait to see where this artistic journey takes me.
